RV Camping!

Posted by Coral on July 15, 2008

We had so much fun on our camping trip! It was our first time in the RV, and we loved it. I especially love how it lightens my work load, when in comes to preparing, and living in the forest. The bunk beds for the girls are perfect, the whole lay out is like it was custom made for us.

Here I am working in my  new kitchen :

There are so many pictures that we didn’t get because we were having too much fun to stop and take them.

We loved having Grandma and Grandpa there. The kids had so much fun with them. Jeff and his dad got a lot of male bonding time in. I had a great time with Janet, we laughed as these men built a town around us with a whole slew of tarps and screened in tents (in the pouring rain no less ).

We didn’t go to a camp ground we just pulled off into the forest. It was beautiful, lots of green. We took many spontaneous nature hikes. S took me on one our last day there. It was very calm and nice to see his little self completely at peace. I let him lead the way, we stopped to observe bugs and leaves. I even had a butterfly on my finger (this forest was some kind of butterfly sanctuary, they were every where)! I was in heaven, so was Jeff, it was very sad for him to leave. Needless to say we plan on another trip this coming month.
